Over the Top Rung was started from a request from my wife, Linda. She asked me to build her a ladder similar to one she saw in one of her 10,000 quilting magazines. I went out and bought the wood to build it and upon completion, a few of her “quilting” sisters suggested I build and sell them. That is how it all started.

            A big “THANK YOU” to Quilts Etc. for their support. The great ladies at Quilts Etc. were the first ones to purchase and stock my ladders, again “Thank You”. The idea of the ladders to display miniature quilts came from Quilts Etc.

            Another big 'THANK YOU" to Quilter's Haven in Bountiful, Utah for their support and willingness to display our ladders.

            If you need a custom size ladder or quilt rack please let me know. Unique and special orders are always accepted and  encouraged.

            

            We are not large enough to take credit cards or debit cards nor are we large enough to have a shopping cart on our web site. We do take orders over the phone and accept personal checks, money orders or cashiers checks. Everything you see on our site is made by hand and is basically one-of-a-kind; no two are exactly the same.
